1. Stakeholders Forums
Once each quarter, NCAPD hosts forums for stakeholders from Government ministries, NGOs, CBOs, donor agencies and other stakeholders to review current activities and to give updates on relevant news in population and development. These forums are held in Nairobi and occasionally in the provinces. Provincial forums are coordinated by the field based Regional Population Coordinators (RPCs)

2. UNFPA Consultation Forum
NCAPD works closely with UNFPA in administering the 6th Country Programme in Kenya. In collaboration with UNFPA, NCAPD hosts regular coordination meetings with the Central Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Health and UNFPA to measure progress made on the strategic objectives of the plan.

3. Donors Forum
Semi-annually, NCAPD hosts meetings with key funders of population and development activities in Kenya to discuss updates, opportunities, and progress made in population, health and development.

4. NGO/CBO Database
NCAPD’s Regional Population Coordinators have collected key information from a total of about 900 NGOs and CBOs in their regions that are working on issues of population, health and development. This data has been keyed into a database which will be accessible to the public at no cost from the NCAPD resource center in Nairobi and this website. Key reports generated from the database will be posted on this website and one can download them free of charge.
5. Population and Development Coordination Strategy
In conjunction with UNFPA, NCAPD is developing a strategy for streamlining the coordination of all population and development activities in Kenya.
