NCAPD is governed by a Council that comprises a Chairman and 13 members from diverse organizations and who are commited to the implementation of population programmes. The Agency is headed by a Chief Executive Officer. Monitoring and coordination of population programmes at the district level is undertaken through a network of 10 Regional Population Coordination Offices.
